Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Orders shipped outside the USA may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, determined by your local customs office.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
- For accurate information, please contact your local customs authority before placing your order.
International Returns
- Ready-to-ship jewelry: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, VAT, and any associated fees.
- Bespoke engagement rings: Final sale and non-refundable, as each ring is custom-made exclusively for you.
- We do not accept C.O.D. (cash on delivery) returns.
If duties, VAT, or taxes were paid directly to the carrier upon receipt, customers must contact the carrier for any refund requests.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
- If a package is refused at customs or undeliverable due to unavailability, the customer is responsible for all outbound and return shipping fees, as well as any duties, VAT, or taxes charged. These amounts will be deducted from the refund, if applicable.
Recommended Return Methods
We suggest using UPS or FedEx for international returns. However, the choice of courier remains at the customer’s discretion.
